A global client of ours in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for 5 weeks from 21st May - 23rd June.
Role to include -
- Manning the HR inbox
- Arranging interviews
- CV management
- General admin duties
- Manning the phone/any incoming quires
- Setting up psychometric testing for candidates
- Able to hit the ground running
- IT literate
- Confident on the phone
- Professional manner
A HR background would be ideal but not essential.
The working week will be Monday - Friday, with some flexibility on the hours either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
An hourly pay rate of £10
Interviews will be taking place next week, so must be available for this and be able to start the following week.
