Administrator Equipment and Customer Service Clerk
Siamo Recruitment is currently looking for an Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client based in Greenford area. Our client is one of the largest retailers on the market offering great working conditions and development opportunities.
The clerk will be one of the key first points of contact between the customers' stores and our client management team. The role will include the handling of telephone incidents and collation of store delivery manifests to ensure that accurate records regarding the movement of stock and equipment are maintained.
Please note, this role might lead to a full-time position for the right candidate
- Reporting to the Customer Services and Equipment Manager.
- Planning equipment for stores and growers.
- Providing accurate information for KPI reports.
- Analysing and scanning delivery manifests.
- Dealing with delivery failures and mitigating claims.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations, including Health and Safety requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good problem solving and analytical ability.
- Numerate and accurate.
- Able to provide a high standard of service.
- Computer Literate
- Good communicator
- Experience of Freighter essential.
