Siamo recruitment is currently looking for an experienced admin clerk to join our clients team on a Temp2Perm position; Our client is located in the Stoke On Trent area (ST4) Permanent Day shift: 08:30-17:30 Mon-Fri £23k+
To provide a customer focused administration service on all accounts. Working directly with our client customer service team supporting the warehouse supervisors to achieve delivery targets on orders as per customer requirements. Using bespoke tools to source and utilize best outcome to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLA). Updating and distribution of weekly KPIs' to monitor agreed service performances and contractual level are met, this role is not just limited to the above and has the opportunity for the role to develop in line with the successful candidates.
To manage client requests in line with SLA
Manage inbound & Outbound documentation
Record and file correspondence (email / delivery notes)
Book courier service
Invoice costs for services provided
Deal directly with clients by all means available to resolve or enhance our services
Perform any other related duties as assigned
General administrative duties and ad hoc projects and tasks.
Ideally you will have an excellent level of communication and a understanding of the Logistics and warehousing operations.
Experienced with Microsoft packages; Cargowrite experience would be an advantage
High organisational skills
Able to plan and manage workload
