Contact Centre Agent
Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for x2 Contact Centre Agents to work on a Temporary ongoing basis for our client based in Desford.
Term - 3 Months Temporary, but possibility of extension dependant on performance.
Pay - £10.00 per hour
Shift - 16:00pm - 12:00am (Monday - Friday)
Taking the customer enquiry through to resolution meeting or exceeding SLA's. Working closely with all area of the business from supply to operations. Maintaining solid working relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of the business. Be the voice of the customer within the organisation identifying root cause of customer issues and working with the management team on process improvements
- First point of contact for UK Network
- Dealing with inbound & outbound calls
- Dealing with incoming emails
- Carrier Grief process
- Effectively and efficiently manage daily workload
- Work closely with operations & other key stakeholders taking ownership of all enquiries driving through to successful conclusion
- Highlight and action process improvement seeking pro-active ways to improve customer satisfaction
- Provide cross desk support within the wider business
- Look to develop this role as a workflow SME on core tasks
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to work in a team, or on own initiatives
- Good Team Player, excellent problem solving skills
- Flexible in approach; self-starter & highly motivated
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Microsoft proficient [word, excel, PowerPoint etc]
- Excellent Communication Skills
