Client Service Co-ordinator

We here at Witton Recruitment are working alongside a well-established family business based in the heart of Cirencester working within a successful Service and Maintenance team providing updates with clients and customers and engineers, ensuring smooth running of maintenance visits and more. This is a role full of progression and the keen to learn will go far.

The Client Service Co-ordinator role will include:

  • Manage the workload
  • Ensure preventative maintenance visits are completed on time and in budget
  • Ensure jobs are logged off and invoiced on a daily basis with repeat actions booked
  • Efficient booking of services via telephone / email
  • Check database fields are complete and up to date when liaising with clients i.e. email address
  • Manage remote servicing
  • Analyse service reports
  • Client Support - Data changes & resets
  • Highlight inefficient service costs
  • Prompt and collect due payment
  • Be mindful of good customer service levels, always asking if there is anything else the client can be helped with
  • Direct debit awareness

The ideal candidate will:

  • Previous customer service / client service background
