Experienced Customer Service Manager
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year DOE
We are currently recruiting for one of our clients based in Leighton Buzzard who are looking for a keen individual to manage their customer service department
- The job responsibilities include e-commerce (Shopify) administration, customer service and logistics.

The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction with benefits and opportunities to grow.
Job Role
- Managing a customer service team of 5-15 people so that they conduct the following tasks to the highest possible standard.
- The customer service team will be answering emails and calls from the UK and Europe with the scope to expand into other areas worldwide so an international experience would be ideal.
- Answering phone calls and emails from our customers on various subjects concerning our products, orders, and logistics.
- Putting in new systems to make the customer service department as efficient as possible.
- Dealing with review companies.
- Responding to all customers quickly and efficiently, politely and professionally.
- Experience with Shopify, eBay and Amazon useful
- Work as part of a growing team.
- General administrative duties in various areas of the business.
- Reliable and motivated to fulfil the role and exceed standards.
- Ability to multi-task and balance a varied workload.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the customer service department.
Full time, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
