Machine Operative Job Details;

• Daily maintenance of machinery and pre-use checks
• Use of production software
• Fibre Laser operation
• FLT operation
• Checking parts against drawings and segregating cut parts into correct packs
• Read and follow drawings
• Weekly machine clean downs
• Deputy duties include; supporting the afternoon team leader with the distribution of work handling queries on packs and covering during the team leader's absence

Machine Operative Person Specification;

• CNC experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Ability to use basic computer functions
• Ability to read technical drawings is preferable
