- You will be working on a helpdesk - there will be a high number of inbound calls
- The majority of the work is done on Excel and they also use the same systems as the other teams (Cyclopse and Fox Pro) -
- They take all the calls from Head Office and the stores, log all the jobs, schedule the engineers to go out and follow up to ensure that the work has been completed - you will be logging a high number of these and primarily being first point of call on the phone
- The aim for the department is for calls to be answered between 10-15 seconds and each call that is logged to not last more than 3 minutes per job taken
Their calls overflow if there is no one to answer them, they will then get logged and email it back down.
- You will have training prior to handling any calls
- You will need to demonstrate a Good telephone manner as you will be dealing with the people of all levels
