Inbound New Business Team Leader
Our Client is looking for an Inbound New Business Team Leader who will proactively work with their team to develop and maximise the value of each customer contact they receive, both in terms of service and revenue.
A typical day will see you monitoring the quality of the team's calls checking that both service quality and revenue maximisation targets are being met. You'll be looking for evidence that the team are fulfilling the requirements of their calls for the business needs.
You'll hold regular team meetings that focus on New Business's targets, keeping your team on track with our plans. You'll also use these meeting to share best practice, discuss any issues together and celebrate successes. The culture is very much 'sales through service' so you will be exceeding revenue targets by maximising revenue growth opportunities. You'll empower the team to use objection handling techniques to proactively resolve customer queries. You'll drive the business' culture, ensuring that the team feels included, rewarded and engaged in the business. You will deputise for the New Business Team Manager in undertaking tasks.
Who we want
We want someone who has experience of team management (ideally within a sales environment) but this isn't essential for the right candidate. You do need to have a background in a sales or service-based role (ideally 1-2 years+). It's a high energy team and we have a strong work ethic so we're looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job. MS office skills are essential for this role. Based in Leicester City Centre subsidised public transport travel is available as part of the package.
