MACHINE OPERATORS/QUALITY INSPECTORS - WATER ORTON, B46

Siamo Group are currently recruiting for a highly successful manufacturing business based in Water Orton B46 that requires immediate and long term ongoing Machine Operators/Quality Inspectors to join their established and growing workforce, with positions leading to permanent after a successful trial period and great career progression potential.

The opportunity exists within their Clean modern facility in Water Orton B46, the roles generally involves operating machines/quality inspection of plastic products and packing into boxes.

Shifts:

• This is a full-time permanent role - 22:00-08:00 Monday - Thursday, 4 days on 3 days off

Rate of pay:

• £10.00 per hour

Overtime:

• £13.33 per hour after 40 Hours Monday - Friday
• £15.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday

Candidate requirements:?

• Previous employment within the manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication would be required on site.
• General housekeeping as you work.
• Display positive personal attributes by being able to work off own initiative and as part of a team.?
• Attention to detail and accuracy are key to the smooth running of the entire operation and so you must have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.?
• A positive working attitude and the capability to take instruction well from team leaders and management.?
