£37,440 Per Annum + Attendance Bonus + Quality & Performance Bonus OTE £39,936

We are currently recruiting for our prestigious client based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Supervisor/Manager with extrusion experience.

The role involves leading a team operating manufacturing machinery - specifically Extrusion Machines. You will liaise with management and staff to ensure production is ran in a safe and timely manner and issues are delt with effectively. You will be ensuring accurate and compliant paperwork throughout the production process.

We are looking for someone who can bring a team together and achieve positive results and support members of staff in training and development within their roles.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday 18.00pm - 06.00am

Salary

£37,440 OTE £39,936 - The higher rate is achieved with additional attendance bonus (extra 0.50p per hour based on satisfactory attendance over the monthly pay period) and Quality & Performance Bonus (extra 0.50p per hour based on satisfactory production over the monthly pay period)

Overview of Duties:

• Running an extrusion line and operating machinery.
• Ensuring the end product is of good quality and output rates are effective
• Leading a team to achieve overall production quality and deadlines
• Liaising effectively with management and teams alike
• Problem solving and decision making with regards to smooth running of the production line
• Ensuring accurate and compliant paperwork
• Providing support and training to the team

Essential Key Skills:

• Extrusion Machine Experience
• Good Communication skills at all levels
• Excellent Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to follow instructions from senior management
• Able to build a team effectively
• Excellent coaching and listening skills
