Siamo Group has an exciting opportunity to join their rapidly growing business. We are currently recruiting for an onsite recruitment consultant to join our experienced team based in Doncaster.

You will be working within our client's modern logistics facility, alongside a small team of experienced logistics and recruitment professionals.

A candidate who possesses the ability to work in a pressured environment, is flexible and is able to work using own initiative will strive in this role. The role requires an excellent and confident communicator at all levels.

The hours:

Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00, with some flexibility required on working hours.

Salary:

£20,000 - £23,000, dependent on experience.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Pre-screening, Registration and Placing of suitable candidates into positions currently available
• Coordinating and supervising weekly inductions in line with ongoing operational vacancies
• Completion of associated administration and background checks for the hiring of new staff
• Supporting the Client in ensuring that site rules are observed, including the issuing of PPE
• Conducting disciplinary hearings in line with the company and client policies
