Quality Assurance Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for an attentive and methodical full-time Quality Assurance Officer to join one of our clients based in Stevenage. This role is critical to the business meeting its regulatory obligations and involves listening to calls and working closely with customer service advisors to ensure consistent high levels of customer service and fair customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will take personal responsibility for improving quality and compliance of calls made by the customer service teams, ensuring that the needs of the customer and the business are met. You will be listening to call recordings and providing written feedback on the customer journey to team leaders, therefore a diplomatic and understanding approach is essential.
Experience and Skills
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Strong Communication skills.
- Understanding of insurance and/or regulatory environment preferable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Relationship management
