Award winning recruitment company Siamo Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our locally based client in Hinckley, on a temporary to permanent basis.
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Term: Temporary to Permanent Contract
Experience: Previous experience in an office environment
Hours of work: 08:00am - 18:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
- Answering calls and taking customer enquiries and orders via email, telephone and face to face in the Trade Counter & Showroom. Liasing with company staff, contractors, public, building contractors suppliers and others and respond to each situation that arises.
- Accurately processing orders via our sales software. Data entry and keeping accurate records.
- Contributing to the successful day to day operations of the small office environment.
- Scheduling deliveries of customer orders, calling customers to check that orders have arrived and customer satisfaction. Calling carrier partners to chase information relating to deliveries in progress.
- Using computer software (training will be provided.) Use of Microsoft Office.
- General administrative functions.
