SALES ADMINISTRATOR/PURCHASE LEDGER

In this role you will:

• Ordering/sourcing/booking of new vehicles
• Purchase Ledgers
• Data Entry
• Bringing used vehicles into stock
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Assessing vehicle stock levels.
• Preparing handover paperwork liaising with senior management.
• Conducting month end duties including invoicing and taxing vehicles whilst assisting the accounts team in settling finance and authorising external invoices.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator working alongside all departments in the dealership.

Previous Vehicle Sales Administrator experience is essential.

Hours: 08:00-17:00

Pay: £9.50-10.00ph dependant on experience
