We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator based in Dunstable to work for a small friendly company.
This role is for someone who is looking to work for a small and friendly company with a small team.
Proactively manage assigned customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Liaise internally between operations and sales functions to ensure customer needs
- Provide office support and assistance for external team
- Processing new and repeat orders
- Dealing with sample request
- Order monitoring and progression
- Stock lists for clients and order acknowledgments
- All other duties required to support the sales desk
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Strong IT knowledge
- Details/strong product knowledge
- Good knowledge of pricing , costing of product ranges
- Excellent team player
