Senior Service Desk Engineer
Award winning recruitment company, Siamo Recruitment are looking to recruit a Senior Service Desk Engineer for our valued client based in Coventry.
Hours - 08:00am until 17:00pm (Monday - Friday) - Overtime available and on-call payments.
Pay - £25000 - £30000 (dependant on experience)
To thrive in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting challenging queries and experience of IT managed services will be instrumental to your success.
You will take problem ownership with clear, concise, customer communication whilst managing expectations. Our customer service drives our success, so a customer focused approach is essential.
- 3+ years' experience as an Engineer providing IT support to SME's.
- Familiar with working to SLA's to meet both customer and contract requirements.
- Troubleshooting experience to an expert level (Level 3 support).
- Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
- Qualified to at least one of the following - MCSA: Windows Server 2012/2016 or MCSA: Office 365 or MCSA: Cloud Platform, CCNA (Switching and routing)
- ITIL v3 Foundation.
- Office 365.
- Azure / AD.
- Exchange On-line.
- Firewalls (Watchguard)
- Hosted Telephony
- Windows Server Technologies (including server function: AD, DNS, DHCP, Direct Access, IIS, NAP, Radius and RDS).
- Microsoft Exchange Server and be able to diagnose complicated mail flow issues.
- SQL Server experience.
- SAN solutions (iSCSI, Fibre, multipath configurations).
