Siamo Group is currently working with our long standing client in search for a Technical Administrator on a permanent basis.
Flexible work times
Tasks to include:
- Check and organise paperwork with incoming deliveries
- Entering data into spreadsheets and maintain highly accurate records
- Prepare documents to accompany goods with product data
- Check dates and calculate remaining shelf life of stock
- Check customer order labels contain correct information
- Maintain and issue customer specific requirements for orders
- Liaise with other departments in the business such as Warehouse, Purchasing and Sales order entry department.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Technical Manager
- Highly accurate and careful with your work
- Good language, maths and organisation skills
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience of working in an office preferred
Full training will be given on the job.
