• *Immediate Starts Available - Freezer General Warehouse Operatives?* *

Job Opportunity Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with prestigious client - We are currently recruiting for Experienced General warehouse operatives to work within a Freezer distribution warehouse based in?Hamshall'Distribution Park, Coleshill B46.

You must have your own mode of transport due to the location of the warehouse

Pay Rate- Day shift- £9.80ph plus £55.00 per week shift allowance

Shift Hours - fixed shifts

• Monday-Friday 18:00-02:00
• Monday-Friday 22:00-06:00

Skills required:?

• Strong attention to detail? Strong English language skills - both written and spoken?
• Previous warehouse experience?
• Ability to grasp processes and systems?
• Able to adapt and work quickly?
• Good numeracy and literacy skills?
• Ability to work using own initiative without requiring constant supervision?
• Reliability: attending work on time, no frequent absences?
• Ability to work under pressure: during peak season, the warehouse is a high-pressured environment with large a volume of orders needing to be picked and shipped quickly and efficiently?
• Ability to accept feedback from supervisor and take on board suggestions / direction??

Candidate requirements:??

• Previous employment within the warehousing industry?(Preferably a freezer distribution warehouse)
• Experience using hand scanners, training can also be provided.?
• Excellent communication would be required on site.?
• Taking delivery of goods and storing them, quality checking for damaged or missing items.?
• Unloading and loading goods that enter and exit the warehouse.?
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.?
• General housekeeping as you work.?
• Display positive personal attributes by being able to work off own initiative and as part of a team.??
• Attention to detail and accuracy are key to the smooth running of the entire operation and so you must have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.??
• A positive working attitude and the capability to take instruction well from team leaders and management.??
