Warehouse Order Pickers Required Immediate 2021

We are currently recruiting Order Pickers/Packers to join the team in a busy warehouse based in Kettering.

The Role

You will be trained to drive a LLOP to order pick products to go to store.

Picking products is carried out using a voice headset that gives clear instructions of what you need to do.

Stacking the picked items carefully into the cage ready to send to the stores.

Lifting items up to 20kg

Ensuring that working areas are clean and tidy at all times & following the health and safety rules at site

Previous order picking experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Staggered start and finish times to reduce the flow of colleagues

All new candidates have their temperature checked prior to induction

The Shifts

All shifts are working from any 5 days in 7 (work 2 x Weekends out of 3)

1. 14:15 - £9.01 basic pay with overtime up to £11.26
2. 22:15 - £9.31 basic pay with overtime up to £11.64
3. 06:15 - £10.05 basic pay with overtime up to £12.56
